Operations Manager (1 Position) INR-24k per month

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee the infrastructure setup.

Coordinate with vendors for logistics and office requirements.

Manage logistics and scheduling for workshops and sessions.

Ensure smooth coordination between different teams (trainers, counselors, etc.).

Handle any student-related logistical challenges

Establish systems for internal communication and student enrollment management.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or any related field.
  • A Diploma in Operations Management or related fields may also be considered, especially if the candidate has significant relevant experience.

2. Work Experience

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in operations management, logistics coordination, or a similar administrative role.
  • Prior experience working with vendors, suppliers, and managing schedules and logistics for events or workshops is crucial.
  • Experience in a team coordination role, where the candidate has liaised between different stakeholders like trainers, counselors, and students.

3. Skills Required

  • Strong organizational skills to manage various aspects of operations such as infrastructure, logistics, and scheduling.
  • Ability to manage vendors and establish and maintain positive relationships with external service providers.
  • Proficient in handling student-related logistical challenges, ensuring smooth enrollment, attendance, and any issues students may face.
  • Good communication skills for internal coordination (with teams) and external coordination (with vendors and students).
  • Basic problem-solving skills to address any operational challenges efficiently.
  • Familiarity with internal communication systems (e.g., email, messaging platforms) and student management systems.
  • Ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the program and manage the operational side in a fast-paced environment.

4. Location and Work Permit

  • The employee must be eligible to work in Karnataka. If they are an Indian citizen, they should be based in or willing to relocate to Karnataka.
  • For foreign nationals, the employee would require a valid work visa to be employed in India.

5. Language Skills

  • Fluency in English is essential for communication with the team, students, and vendors.
  • Proficiency in Kannada (or other local languages) may be an added advantage, especially for handling student-related issues or local coordination.

6. Availability

  • The candidate must be available to start immediately or within a short notice period.
  • Willing to work flexible hours as needed to coordinate workshops, sessions, and other activities that may not strictly follow office hours.

7. Other Attributes

  • Attention to detail to ensure smooth execution of logistics, workshop sessions, and student enrollment.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high levels of efficiency.
  • Teamwork and leadership skills to manage and coordinate various teams, including trainers and counselors.

Training and Onboarding (Conditions)

(2 Weeks no pay and Fees of 70% of their 1 month Salary before joining which be refunded on completion of 3 months successful probationary period )

Goal: Equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to execute their roles effectively.

Schedule:

 2 weeks of training for all employees, divided into:

Pre-Training (2 days): Introduce employees to the program, its goals, and expectations.

Core Training (10 days): Provide in-depth training for each role and ensure all employees are aligned with the program’s vision.

Post-Training (2 days): Evaluate performance and issue certifications upon successful completion.

Employee Roles & Responsibilities during Training:

Program Manager: Oversee training, monitor progress, and ensure that all employees are engaged and understand their roles.

Operations Manager: Ensure smooth logistics for the training, coordinate training materials, and handle all administrative tasks.

Trainers (Core): Deliver the core training sessions, focusing on specific skills required for each role.

Sales & Marketing Lead: Provide insights on sales strategy and community engagement.

Sales Executives: Learn the sales process, understand the program’s benefits, and develop persuasive skills.

Counselors: Familiarize themselves with counseling techniques and individual student roadmap creation.

Content Developers: Support trainers with content material and develop learning resources.

Admin Support & Customer Support: Assist with administrative and logistical support during training.
